The session began with the sixteenth to the House of Representatives headed by Osama Najafi, and attended by 239 deputies, including deputies of the Iraqi List.

The Iraqi List, decided at a meeting yesterday, the first return of deputies to attend meetings of the House of Representatives, having decided the middle of last month to suspend the presence of deputies and ministers meetings of both houses of parliament and ministers on the back of the issuance of an arrest warrant for Vice-President of the Republic of leadership in Iraq Tariq al-Hashimi, and dismissal of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki deputy leader of the Iraqi Saleh al-Mutlaq. / End 2
