Khalid Al-Alwani: I will not vote on the budget until after the fate of the money spent without the knowledge of Representatives

{Baghdad} Euphrates News According to a member of the Integrity Committee Khalid Al-Alwani to vote on the budget in 2012 Will not be until after the fate of the seven billion dollars spent by the government without the knowledge of the House of Representatives.
Alwani said in an interview with The News} {Euphrates on Sunday said, "This 7 billion spent outside the budget of 2011, but the reasons go back to non-submission of closing the accounts for previous years which leads to exchange such money without the knowledge of Parliament."
The MPs have declared that the device oversight in the House of Representatives chasing $ 7 billion had been spent by the government without reference to Parliament was the formation of a committee of the integrity of parliamentary to discuss the matter and will come out of the Committee with data which limit the amounts spent and the alarm on the mechanism of disbursement.
