Member of the Commission's oil demand surprised by its president to export oil through Kuwait
Expressed member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Susan Saad surprise, Saturday, demanding President Adnan al-Janabi, the export of Iraqi oil through Kuwait transmission lines, confirming that it will include with closure if Iran decided to shut down the Strait of Hormuz.
Said Saad in the statement received by the agency (Voices of Iraq) a copy of "request-Janabi is logical because Kuwait exports oil through its outlets in the Strait of Hormuz, which lies less than five miles from the ports of Iraq and therefore in case of closing the Strait of Hormuz Vsnglq outlets Kuwait as well."
She said Saad MP for the province of Basra, "We have called in one of the meetings of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary and since the necessity of multiple export outlets for oil because they represent a positive shift without affected by Iraq any threat by the state of neighboring countries are trying to close the bomber in front of the passage of Iraqi oil."
She said "the Committee did not agree to our proposal the multiplicity of outlets to export oil under the pretext of damage to the strategic line carrier oil during the Gulf War the first and second, since the Iraqi oil exported through Basra province by / 80 /% of the total aggregate, it will affect directly on the export" .
"Ultimately, the farther the oil export outlets will be more than the cost of transport and there are fears of lack of access to imports if the long distance and a large percentage deducted from the price per barrel of oil."
Saad and felt that "the deduction of the amount more than the price of a barrel of the best stop Iraqi oil exports in general, thus causing a disaster in the general budget based on oil imports, mainly."
The United States and the European Union and other countries decided to tighten the sanctions imposed by the Central Bank of Iran and the oil sector in Iran in an attempt to force Iran to abandon its "nuclear ambitions" which the West believes is aimed at "weapons" while insisting the Iranians as reserved for peaceful.
The other hand, Iran has threatened to respond to the new sanctions to close the Strait of Hormuz, through which most Gulf oil exports.
