BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: A Fadhila Party leading member MP Suzan al-Saad shouldered responsibility on the ministry of transport for the delay in the Greater Fao Port.
In a statement, copy received by Aswat al-Iraq, she added that the delay was due to the work of the transport ministry and financial allocations.
She pointed out that the Iraqi economy will be affected due to this delay.
It was announced the financial allocations were decided in 2012 budget.
The Iraqi Transport Ministry announced, earlier, that the work in the Fao Port shall commence next March.
