Iraq-France deal to develop airports signed
Baghdad, June 21 (AKnews) – Iraq has signed a preliminary deal with France for the development of Iraq’s airports.
The French government has agreed to help with the construction of new buildings and the modernization of outdated equipment such as security scanners.
A high-level delegation led by Transport Minister Hadi al-Amiri travelled to Paris on Sunday to meet with French officials.
