Baghdad (AIN) -A reliable source, who refused to uncover his name, reported to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) that "The US ambassador Jeffery is in ordinary diplomatic mission and the US President Barack Obama will choose a candidate to replace Ambassador Jeffery after his return from his mission."
The US ambassador Jeffry, 65 years old, started his position in Iraq on August 2nd, 2010 and previously was appointed as the US ambassador to several countries among them Albania and Turkey.
During his mission as ambassador to Baghdad, the Iraqi-US relations witnessed many important improvements represented by the withdrawal of the US forces from Iraq in 2011 after nine years of occupation. /End/
