Erbil, February 10 (PNA) - The leader of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman, said Thursday that the GCC countries are not keen to hold the Arab summit in Baghdad, trying to find arguments for delay, warning of the possibility to decide Baezzov to attend the summit because of statements that made by a number of Iraqi politicians on Bahrain.
Osman said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "The Gulf states are not excited at all to hold the Arab summit in Baghdad, and you want arguments to be postponed or moved to another state," expected to "not discuss the issue of holding the summit in the Iraqi capital, at a meeting of the GCC to be held after a few days. "
Osman expressed his concern that "the GCC countries are taking the decision not to attend the summit of Baghdad in the event of intensified statements by some Iraqi leaders on the events in Bahrain."
The Osman was considered, in an interview earlier that the statement made by the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr on Bahrain, which renewed its support for the protesters' demands against their government, embarrass the Iraqi government, while calling for the State of Bahrain to ignore the attitudes of informal and take the position of Iraq, the official only.
The cleric Moqtada al-Sadr renewed, on Wednesday (February 8, 2012), support for the movements of the Bahraini people against the government, in what was considered that the prejudice to the certificate of religious Bahraini Isa Qassem, contrary to all norms of religious, political, and threatened to stand with all our strength in case that happens.
