The White House on Monday, 13/2/2012, plans to help countries in the Arab spring, popular uprisings that swept last year by more than 800 million dollars to support political and economic reform.
The announcement came within the budget of President Barack Obama's proposed fiscal year 2013, which begins on the first of October. Must be approved by Congress on the budget. And preferably some U.S. lawmakers cut spending to address the external budget deficit.
