Baghdad province emphasizes the importance of the role of clans in enforcing security

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates said first deputy governor of Baghdad, Mohammed Hamza al-Shammari when he received a number of sheikhs and notables of Baghdad on the tribal role in supporting and consolidating the social fabric within their areas.
Al-Shammari said in a press statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it on Wednesday that "support the clan of the state and the rule of law is to support important because of its importance in the security and stability," stressing that "no development in all its forms unless there is security and stability and support local government for being responsible for the development of plans and policies and provides the appropriate atmosphere for the implementation of development programs and ages. "
He added that "by the municipal councils and provincial law has terms of reference for prioritizing projects in the areas in which they operate."
