Member of Finance Committee: Plan for the granting of provincial authority to import materials and distribution of ration card

Baghdad (news) announced .. member of the Finance Committee MP / Kurdistan Alliance / Shoresh Haji Mustafa, the existence of a plan to give broad authority to the provincial councils in the process of importation and distribution of food in the ration card for its citizens.
Said Haji (the Agency news) on Saturday: there are consultations between members of the House of Representatives on the status of a program or plan for the processing of the ration card items to the citizen by giving validity and wide for the provincial councils to import food variety and Mnashye global good and are subject to standardization and quality control, in For the delivery of food to the citizens and their time schedule.
He pointed to: that there are several proposals submitted by the parliamentary blocs on the processing of the ration card items, including the development of its own financial budget so that the federal government to facilitate the import of food of good quality, but all proposals are still under study.
He added that the budget of the Ministry of Trade this year amounted to (6) trillion dinars and thus can be supported by the Ministry of Commerce of the ration card through the allocation of a large sum to import food to them.
