BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Board of Representatives, Saturday, to read the seven laws and the second reading of a proposed amnesty law, hosting and Minister of Finance and Chairman of Supreme Audit on the budget and the reasons for delay, according to a media source in the parliament.
The source told Aswat al-Iraq that "today's session of the (21) will begin at the 10:30 Baghdad time, where the session will discuss seven laws and the second reading of a proposed amnesty law, as well as hosting and Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi and President of Supreme Audit Abdul Basit Turki on the budget and the reasons for delay. "
The House of Representatives has finished last Thursday to discuss the draft law of the federal budget for fiscal year 2012.
The session includes:
First: the first reading of the draft law of the Republic of Iraq to join the agreement between the League of Arab States and the Government of the United Mexican States for the establishment of the Mexican Fund for International Cooperation for Development in 2006.

Second, the first reading of the draft law of the Republic of Iraq to join the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other countries.
