He said the Iraqi List MP Talal Zobaie: Nuri al-Maliki that the beneficiary of a lot of article (140), through the maneuver with Iraqi MPs of the disputed areas.
Zobaie said in a statement to the site (Khandan), demanding that the Kurds the application of Article (140) and the different positions of the National Alliance and the Iraqi List, about the article, and the lack of confidence between the parties, led to be a beneficiary of Federal Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, to try to pressure on others, especially on the Iraqi MPs of the disputed areas.
He said Iraqi MP: that these representatives are ready to be MPs belonging to the owners once agreed not to assign to these areas.
