A source in the information department of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in a statement to "Khandan" for the Council to resume its meetings on 02.22.2012 under the chairmanship of President of the Council Osama al.
The source said that the meeting will read the report of the Committee of Finance on budget law 2012, as well as first and second readings of a number of laws.
Ended the House of Representatives in the Twenty-third session, held under the chairmanship of Osama al-Chairman of the Board of Representatives and the presence of 201 deputies on Tuesday, 02.21.2012, reading the first and the second of five bills discussed the topic with lending staff.
The House of Representatives has ended yesterday, the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the establishment of the trade between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and submitted by the committees of the economy, investment and foreign relations in order to strengthen the ties of relationship and economic ties and closer cooperation between the two countries for the establishment of a free trade zone and the ratification of the Convention concluded on 09.03.2009.
And completed the first reading of the bill Agreement Comprehensive Economic Partnership between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Turkey and submitted by the committees of the economy, investment and foreign relations, which aims to strengthen economic and trade relations between the two countries and expand mutual benefit and to establish a comprehensive partnership between the two countries and the ratification of the Convention on the comprehensive partnership between the two governments signed in Baghdad in 23-9 - 2009.
Then completed the second reading of a bill accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) of groups of animals and wild plants and submitted by the Committees on Agriculture, water and marshes and External Relations, which comes from the order on impact of Iraq to the Convention for the regulation of international trade in this area and control of trade in it.
The Council ended the second reading of Bill First Amendment of the Revolutionary Command Council (degenerate) No. 120 of 2002, submitted by the Committees legal, financial, and who comes for the purpose of the inclusion of property disposed of by the low-income exemption and to reduce the tax burden on citizens and the principle of tax equity that the exemption set out the decision in question is no longer commensurate with inflation in the prices of real estate.
The Board discussed the issue of lending to employees based on a request from 52, where Deputy surprised at the applicant's Attorney Saman Fawzi deducted from the great benefit of a loan provided to the salary of 100 employees, adding to its intersection with the Islamic Sharia as a source of legislation in the Iraqi constitution.
