An Iraqi parliamentary Committee announces the completion of a draft law infrastructure

Baghdad, June 25 (aknews) – the Parliamentary Commission of economy and investment, Saturday, she completed the stages of study premises infrastructure Bill of the Government, stating that the law will be a second reading soon.
The law is a law infrastructure is pending since the previous parliamentary session by 70 billion dollars for infrastructure projects by way of defence to term by foreign investment firms, with the new Bill to the House of projects fell 37 billion dollars in a payment term.
Member of Committee for Kurdistan mohama Khalil News (aknews), that "the Commission on the economy and investment completed phases of the study and infrastructure Bill ready law for second reading, to vote in the House".
Khalil said that "the law will be submitted to the Presidium of the House of ladargh in the agenda for a second reading," adding that "all political blocs with the vote on the law."
Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki early last month that the House was its response to the draft infrastructure at a cost of 70 billion dollars after being rejected at the previous session and the time that there are accounts of political projects have disrupted very important particular draft supplementary budget, which he described as "a way out of the financial crisis experienced by the country."
The Iraqi Government approved early last January, the public budget for 2011 worth $ 82.6 billion in deficit of 12 billion dollars, will be covered by the amounts of recycled from last year's budget and borrowing internally and externally.
The Iraqi Council of representatives approved budget 2011 on 20 February the value of $ 82.6 billion and a deficit of 12 billion dollars.
The Iraqi Cabinet said earlier that the federal budget deficit will be covered by the amounts of recycled from last year's budget and borrowing internally and externally, and the projected income is estimated at $ 66.7 billion expenditure amounted to $ 78.7 billion, or $ 12 billion worth of deficit
