The Governor of Baghdad, Dr. Salah Abdul Razzaq for initiating the province of Baghdad, increasing the number of surveillance cameras from (450) Camcorder to (150) thousand camera surveillance throughout the province of Baghdad after the allocation of the amounts necessary in order to strengthen the security effort and intelligence and advancing the security services and investigative everything you need information on the movements of the wheels and suspicious elements in the capital
Abdul Razak said in a press statement moved the reporter (and independent Iraqi news agency) that the province is determined to increase the number of cameras distributed on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa for monitoring and control wheels and Annasralamhbohh of 450 to 15,000 thousand cameras,
Noting that this number will provide the required need of monitoring and follow-up to all suspicious movements as well as coverage of all sensitive and important sites in the Karkh and Rusafa Kalozar government bodies and departments, in addition to other vital institutions.
He said the Governor of Baghdad, said the last period has seen several bombings booby and improvised explosive devices in areas not subject to control or presence of such cameras, which has been credited in the detection of several terrorist operations carried out on government positions and to reach perpetrators and arrest, noting that this number of cameras will be linked to operations of Baghdad and the cooperation of other security agencies in order to provide the most accurate information with
