Najaf, February 27 (Rn) - protested the province of Najaf, 160 km southwest of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on Monday the decision of the House of Representatives containing the cancellation paragraph futures, stressing that the decision subject to political calculations.
The head of the Council, Sheikh Kazim N. usefulness, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the abolition of paragraph futures contracts from the public budget with the fundamentals of conflict of national interests on the one hand and the interests of the provinces not belonging to the territory of the other."
He added that "the cause of the fact that the protest comes Alaqrarkhadda accounts for purely political," calling to "reconsider the decision."
And the failure of the House of Representatives to approve payment on credit law to bring in investment, while the Ministry of Planning was considered that the law of payment on credit will focus on strategic projects is not borne by the public budget, indicating that the projects will focus on the education sector and housing for the poor and border crossings and trade arenas.
The government has announced a draft comprehensive plan for reconstruction of infrastructure and service sectors in Iraq, by relying on contracts entered into by the government with the companies, to create a project payment term investment program under development.
