"
Najib explained that "the House of Representatives tasked the Ministries of Finance and Planning, of mechanisms and the distribution of money on the instructions of the Iraqi people to be distributed in cash." The House voted last Thursday on the federal budget for 2012, after the deletion of Article 36 of them relating to infrastructure projects which the government allocated $ 18 trillion dinars, in addition to Article 25 of them and turning off the advances since 2004 until 2011.
