Government instruct the Minister of Justice published the budget law and appealed the Federal Court
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. instructed the government of Iraq, Tuesday, to the Minister of Justice to expedite the deployment of the law of the current year budget, and to prepare irregularities contained in it to appeal to the Federal Court.
He said Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in a statement issued by his office, received / Baghdadiya News /, a copy of it, "The Council of Ministers decided during its weekly meeting held on Tuesday, to instruct the Minister of Justice Hassan Shammari speed up the deployment of the law of the budget in 2012."
Dabbagh said that "the Council also instructed the Minister of Justice to prepare offenses contained in the law from a constitutional standpoint or appeal before the Federal Court on the said offenses, and ask the legal department of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for the preparation of appeal."
In the context of a separate government spokesman said the Cabinet "approved the recommendation of the Committee on Energy to refer the contract for the Baiji power station gas (6X169) MW custody of company (ORASCOM) Egyptian," noting that "the assignment is the total amount of (363) million and the period of implementation standing (21) months, "/ End /
