Baghdad {: News} Euphrates student remains exclusively a coalition of those who care about the people of Iraq, Sheikh Abbas Muhammadawi the government and the House of Representatives to suspend the Kurdistan region's share of the financial budget to the authority of the province until the delivery of Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi in Baghdad.
