Parliament published the names of members absent from meetings

In the first step of its kind, the House of Representatives published on its website the names of deputies for the sessions.
The member of the Committee on Members of the Council Salem Delly said in an interview with "Radio Sawa" that the publication of names in public came after numerous complaints from a number of deputies absent from the meetings of Parliament.
Daly explained that the presidency of the parliament is currently deducted from each member is absent from the meetings of the amount of one million dinars monthly salary, pointing to the demands of parliamentary law enabled replacement of members of the House of Representatives against the absent continuously.
The absence of a large number of deputies without lawful excuse has led to lack of quorum in a number of meetings of the Parliament last year.
