News and reports : Supreme Judicial deny the issuance of arrest warrants for 13 deputies
Union: denied official spokesman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Abdul Sattar Bayraktar the issuance of any new warrants an arrest warrants for 13 members of the House of Representatives. He said Bayraktar (Voices of Iraq) that "the Supreme Judicial Council did not issue any new notes an arrest against 13 members of the House of Representatives but three deputies issued an arrest warrants against them earlier."
He said Bayraktar, "The Supreme Judicial Council, submitted a request to the Iraqi Council of Representatives to lift the immunity of the three deputies who are all from Haider Mulla and Sabah al-Saadi and Salim al who sentenced warrants arrest earlier," noting that "the statements of politicians in this regard is not calculated on the Board ". It is noted that a member of a coalition of state law, Ihsan Al-Awadi said earlier about the presence of 13 applications to the judiciary to lift the immunity of deputies from the different masses and different issues ranging from wanted to eliminate terrorist charges or charges of fraud.
