Deputy for the Iraqi List, the study list an internal system to turn it into a partisan entity.

The list consists of several Iraqi political blocs, most notably the National Accord Movement, led by Iyad Allawi and block renewal headed by Tariq al-Hashimi and the National Dialogue Front led by Saleh al-Mutlaq, in addition to other blocks.
Coalition and the Iraqi List, has seen a number of withdrawals, notably the withdrawal of eight of its members in March 2011 and they form the Iraqi bloc and white, which changed its name later to the bloc led by MP Hassan white top, which was also pulled out all the white later.
