Baghdad, March 6 / March (Rn) - The State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Tuesday about the end of the advisers in the Cabinet to prepare a new version of the rules of procedure of the Council, stressing that he is subject to search detailed by the Council.
The MP said the coalition of state law and is close to Iraqi Prime Minister Khalid al-Asadi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the advisers had prepared new rules of procedure of the Council," adding that "the Council is carrying out detailed research on the new rules of procedure the center of the existence of differences on some its provisions. "
He said al-Asadi that "the Council is determined to deal once and for all on a draft new rules of procedure before his approval as soon as possible," adding that "there is insistence of some powers to approve new rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers which is supported by state law as long as those forces bear this It's a stumbling block to achieving the political consensus in spite of the existence of an internal system runs things now. "
The coalition in Iraq had demanded to speed up the adoption of rules of procedure for the Iraqi cabinet, accusing Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to block adoption of rules of procedure of the Council with a view to exclusivity Balaqrart issued by the Council of Ministers.
The Convention on the Arbil which resulted in the formation of the current government has included the need for adoption of new rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers in the first sessions to take place, and thought leaders of the coalition in Iraq that among the points contained in the agreement has not yet been implemented are not adopting the new rules of procedure of the Council.
