The United Nations urged Iraq to accelerate the formation of the Office of new elections adoption experience and competence in the field of elections away from the standards of political quota system, a statement of the Office of UNAMI explained that the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq Martin Kobler met today, the Commission of Experts of the House of Representatives and in charge of choosing the members of the Board of Commissioners, indicating that the Kubler stressed the importance of ensuring the transparency of the recruitment process and is based on professional standards for the selection of independent people with experience in the field of elections to ensure the credibility of the Commission and the electoral process in Iraq
