Council called for Diyala cameras set up to prevent the targeting of electric power transmission towers, as he noted that those actions have caused human and material damage, as well as their impact on the delivery of electricity to areas of the province.
The Vice-President of the Council endorsed al-Husseini in an interview for "Alsumaria News", the past few months have seen numerous acts of vandalism by targeting power transmission towers in the province of Diyala, calling for the "Monument of surveillance cameras to reduce the target power transmission towers in the province.
He warned al-Husseini to continue to target the towers that the attacks cause a lot of damage and affect the energy transfer and delivery to areas of the province, as well as caused a loss of humanity, stressing that the installed cameras will reduce these attacks and monitor any suspicious movements, allowing security forces to move them and thwart them.
According to informed security sources in Diyala province to register for the targeting of electrical energy towers seven times during the past six months, mostly caused by the occurrence of human and material losses among civilians and security personnel.
