Cabinet approves the sale of residential units in Baghdad to Haggreyha

The Iraqi cabinet approved on Monday the sale of units of population in the capital Baghdad after Haggreyha valued.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in a statement issued today, and received "Alsumaria News", "The Council of Ministers approved the minutes of the valuation of apartments housing complexes in areas of student and ALBETAWEEN and the session and Zayouna in Baghdad," asserting that "the resolution contains sold to Haggreyha."
And distributed the apartments in the areas of student and ALBETAWEEN and the session and Zayouna during the period of the previous regime for government employees, to be owned by the state and after 2003, continued staff vacancies for the apartments housing the without paying rents, and seized many of the citizens on the flats left by the inhabitants because of the situation security during the previous years.
The Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, published a book in the 27 April 2011, the Department of Real Estate State of the Ministry of Finance, on the sale of the interests of the integrators Apartments Abu Nawas residential to the Iraqis who were assigned a formal apartments and the evacuation of the abusers.
It is noteworthy that Iraq suffers from a severe housing crisis because of the increasing number of Iraq's population and limited residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens to build housing units for the cost of its own high cost of land and construction materials.
