Council voted unanimously to Nineveh rejection of Article 140 and not to be applied in the province

Nineveh {: News} Euphrates Council voted unanimously to Nineveh province, refused to Article 140 of the constitution and not to be applied in the province.
A member of the Nineveh province, Nawaf Al Turki al-Faisal said in a statement received {Euphrates News} a copy of it on Wednesday that "the Nineveh provincial council voted unanimously during the session 116 and given the lack of indication legally that the Nineveh province and territory covered by the text of Article 140 of the Constitution of Iraq."
He added that "According to Article 2 first paragraph of the Law on Governorates not organized into a Region may not work in this article in the Chamber of the State within the province of Nineveh, with respect to land and the people of Nineveh province."
Faisal, noting that "the Nineveh provincial council told all government departments in the Nineveh not to deal with the Article 140 of the constitution." Is over 31 m
