Twilight News / Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Saturday, said that the Arab summit due to be nestled in Baghdad after five days, "will succeed."
The Iraqi authorities have taken strict measures of security and cut off several roads head on the outskirts of the capital Baghdad to secure the Arab summit which is expected to take part and the heads of the kings of the Arabs.
Maliki expressed his satisfaction of completing preparations for the summit and during travels around the halls that will host the Arab leaders amid tight security.
Maliki said in his tour and was accompanied by several media, including "Twilight News" "The Baghdad summit will succeed and that success will be for everyone involved all the preparations for the show in front of the real Iraq Besorth Arab brothers."
The summit is expected to discuss the internal situation in Baghdad, Syria and the unrest caused by the uprising calling for regime change as well as the restructuring of the Arab League and Arab issues spring.
Before the days of the summit hit the country a series of explosions killed about 60 people and wounded more than 240 other car bombs, grenades and included different areas.
