Suhad Obeidi: the withdrawal of government deposits from private banks, causing complete paralysis of the private sector

Baghdad {: News} revealed Euphrates Member Services Committee and the parliamentary Suhad Obeidi ages for the continued policy of non-application of laws and government orders by the views expressed in the executive branch also cause weakening of the private sector which accounts for only 7% of employment because of these policies.
She said Obeidi said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today, "some recent measures resorted to by official bodies, including the imposition of trusteeship on the Warka Bank NCB, and the withdrawal of government deposits of all private banks raised our doubts about the existence of conflict and neglect in the implementation of policies that the text by the Constitution and laws.
She pointed out that "the Council of Ministers and by the Economic Commission adopted Resolution No. 188 refers to allowing for the ministries in dealing with private banks, without limitation or qualification, as well as self-financing companies urged to deposit and opening bank accounts in private banks."
And al-Obeidi said that "the Central Bank of Iraq in 2010 issued a book 9/3/711 confirmed the assessment of the private banks urging the ministries and government departments to deal with it, is that the Ministry of Finance 402 in its letter 15.9.2009, the withdrawal of government deposits, which caused complete paralysis for this vital sector.
