National Coalition reveals almost agreement on draft national conference paper

Baghdad, March 30 (aknews) – the National Alliance revealed a near agreement Friday on the first draft of a national conference scheduled for December 5, indicating that a meeting has been set for the Conference will be preceded by a Preparatory Committee of the national Iraqi list at the time said they had not yet made its position on whether participation in the National Conference.

Al-araji said that "the draft paper contains a map of the work of the Government and Parliament for the withdrawal and the paper was not limited to the dispute between Iraq and the State of law, but all the problems of Iraq, both at the level of governmental institutions and relations between the territory and the Centre and also agreed through constitutional institutions".

And between Al-araji, a leading comrades "sheet if approved, there would be no difficulty in holding the Conference but it was important to have a serious and realistic and practical solutions". Anticipated that "things are moving towards a solution".

He Al-araji said "there is a primary national conference is the fifth of the month and would be preceded by a meeting of the Preparatory Committee".

Comes the Preparatory Committee meetings, comprising 12 representatives of political blocs after the retreat of the Iraqi decision to boycott list for the Government and the House of representatives last month.

The country has experienced political tension coupled with security breaches after days of leave us forces on 18 December last year under the security agreement signed between the two countries.

And political crisis erupted between Iraqi and the State of law coalition against the background of the issuance of an arrest warrant against Vice-President Tareq al-Hashemi, a leader in the Iraqi list on charges of supporting "terrorism" and rejected the last judicial description as "politicized".

Despite insistence by the Iraqi list led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, on the need to convene a national conference before the Summit Arabic with the possibility of keeping it open until after the Summit that touched the Noia Arabic seriously from the other parties, the National Alliance, however, refused.

She said the Iraqi list, which is a party to head the Iraqi political scene that it had not yet taken a decision on whether to attend the National Conference, but stressed that they are not optimistic about what will the Conference decisions.

Spokesman for the Iraqi national accord movement under the Iraqi list for Hadi alzalmy (aknews) that "Iraqi misgivings have persisted and presence so far has not been decided yet."

Alzalmy said that "Iraq needs assurances that the meeting is different from its predecessors of meetings and all possibilities are open and we are not reassured by rift and exit decisions meet Iraqi demands that are popular demands." According to him.

And the roots of the dispute between Maliki and Allawi's lists to election results and interpretation of the Federal Court which gave the national coalition to form a Government instead of the Iraqi list that got the highest votes in the election.

And political science professor finds that differences between Iraq and the rule of law will continue despite talk about seriously resolved.

Said Iyad Hamad (aknews) "I do not expect to resolve all disputes between Iraq and the State of law (...) Each party's vision for the management of the State nor accept any party other party criticism by political rival in everything. "

And that "differences between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan could see breakthrough if partial National Alliance and Al-Maliki don't want Kurdish losing party."
