Iraq: the presidency of the Federal budget bill sent to the Ministry of Justice

Baghdad, April 1 (Rn) - The president of Iraq, Sunday, they sent the law of the federal budget to the Ministry of Justice approved for the purpose of publication in the Official Gazette.
According to the Ministry of Planning that it will release the funds within the federal budget for the current year after publication in the Official Gazette by the Iraqi Ministry of Justice.
The legal expert Tareq Harb revealed that the Iraqi Gazette was published on Monday every week before the year 2003, but issued at this time requires two to three weeks.
The head of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic Naseer al-Ani told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the General Budget Law for year 2012 have been sent to the Justice Department for the purpose of publication in the Official Gazette (the facts of Iraq)."
And approved the Iraqi government in its emergency meeting in (05/12/2011) budget in 2012 by $ 100 billion (about 117 trillion Iraqi dinars) and a deficit of up to $ 13.5 billion (about 17 trillion dinars).
As approved by the Iraqi Council of Representatives in 23 of the last month after being held by a number of changes, notably raising the social benefits.
But government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh announced on 28 from last month that the Council of Ministers will work to change some of the items in the budget that have been modified by the House of Representatives to be consistent with legal and constitutional contexts. The protesting citizens on an ongoing basis on the lack of basic services that have not been able to successive Iraqi governments have provided despite the passage of nearly nine years to overthrow the former regime.
