Najafi: Cancel Erbil agreement would mean a return to the zero point

BAGHDAD / With: Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi, Wednesday, The abolition of Erbil agreement would mean a return to point zero, adding that conditions in Iraq do not allow it.

The Najafi at a news conference today in Baghdad that "the abolition of the Convention on Arbil mean a return to the starting point I do not expect to return Iraq to this point because the abandonment of agreement Erbil is a decision to risk," adding that "the agreement of Arbil is the basis for the National Conference and convinced the partners to continue to participate ".

He said, "One of the reasons that held the political situation is the differences between Baghdad and Erbil," pointing to the existence of "political parties want to cancel the agreement of Arbil, but some want to work out."
