Maysan {: News} Euphrates Committee announced that Article 140 in Maysan for the resumption of exchange of instruments covered by the rule of displaced persons, migrants and deportees.
The director of the Ali Taher Hassanein, told the News} {Euphrates that "Article 140 of the Commission resumed its disbursement of financial instruments stalled and late for the displaced, migrants and displaced persons who comprised the compensation under Article 140, approved by the Council of Ministers."
Taher said that "the number of bonds outstanding amounted to more than 150 instrument," explaining that "the reason for the delay in the exchange came to the lack of sufficient funds in private banks, which had delayed the exchange for four months."
And that "the value of each instrument of 10 million Iraqi dinars," adding that "banks, amounts to be disbursed instruments are commercial bank in the Iraqi capital Baghdad Harthiya and commercial area in the Iraqi province of Basra, Algeria."
