The sources have revealed / the Baghdadi News / The Ministry of Finance foiled at the last minute a scam that nearly ravaged the ministry through the theft of seven trillion Iraqi dinars.
The sources said that the network of professional fraud has forged a book and seal the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers calls for the book to the Directorate General of the Accounting Department at the Ministry of Finance to transfer the said amount and place it in the calculation of a person with the Rafidain Bank and having received the Department of Accounting book and held it some checks and found that the book free the said amount to the Central Bank.
