BAGHDAD (Iba) ... Iraqi Stock Exchange index fell in Wednesday's session by 0.54 percent to 115.80 points.
During the session trading shares of 49 joint-stock company out of the 85 companies listed electronically, where shares of 7 companies, and prices fell, including shares of 27 companies, maintained in 15 companies on the prices of their shares.
And the number of shares traded in today's session 913 million shares of one billion and 534 million dinars, achieved through the implementation of the 505 contracts traded.
The banking sector witnessed trading of shares of 15 companies, Vkdankhvdt shares of 10 companies, while preserving 5 companies on the prices of their shares, and the number of shares traded with 621 million shares worth more than 958 million dinars have been achieved through the implementation of 186 contract traded.
The industrial sector witnessed trading of shares of 15 companies, with lower shares of 7 companies, and shares of 3 companies, while preserving 5 companies on the prices of their shares, and the number of shares traded industrial companies 221 million shares worth more than 281 million dinars have been achieved through the implementation of 107 contracts traded .
The hotel industry has witnessed trading of shares of 6 companies, the prices of shares of 5 companies, while preserving a single company on the prices of their shares, and the number of shares traded for the hotel sector, two million shares worth more than 34 million dinars have been achieved through the implementation of 28 contract traded.
Services sector also saw trading of shares of 6 companies, where stock prices fell 4 companies of them, and shares of two companies, and the number of shares traded 40 million shares worth more than 198 million dinars have been achieved through the implementation of 140 contracts traded.
Were carried out 75 contract for the purchase of non-Iraqi investors in the sectors of banking, industry and services, was implemented in 4 decades sale in the banking sector. (End)
