We as Kurds and as parties are partners in government and we are not participants, we are not a party to withdraw our minister, we are partners in this country and we enjoy the right of the partnership, and will defend the government and defend Iraq and defend the Constitution by virtue of the partnership and not by virtue of participation, so the withdrawal decision is not a decision temperamental but needs to study of depth and needs to be an Iraqi and Anterc Iraq suffers from a singularity, and suffers from a constitutional vacuum or administrative vacuum "
