The parliamentary committee on oil vote on favorite on privatize electricity sector law .

Baghdad / NINA /--Parliamentary Committee on Oil announced that the House of representatives voted yes on the law for the privatization of electricity sector in Iraq.
The committee said in a press statement delivered by its Chairman Adnan al-Janabi in a press conference: "The vote today on a law to ensure the allocation of electricity after the arrival of convictions that the Ministry of Electricity is no longer able to solve this problem.
He added : "The expenses which are allocated to electricity since 2006 exceeded 26 trillion dinars, but all what has been got was to increase the electricity volume to 1000 MW only./ End
