He was Chairman of the liberal parliamentary Bahaa Al-araji block announced that its mass will not vote on the adoption of the supplementary budget for it: "will impact negatively on the paragraph relating to the allocation of a portion of the surplus oil imports to most Iraqi people.
Al-araji said in a press release: "the Liberal block will not vote to approve the supplementary budget submitted by the Government to the Chamber of Deputies, because it will have a negative impact, but cancelled the paragraph akrinaha the distribution of 25% of the surplus oil imports to most Iraqi people. Cabinet approved on 3 July last, the supplementary budget for the year 2012, more than ten trillion dinars, and send it to the House.
The House is scheduled to vote on a supplementary budget in principle last Wednesday were a response to the parliamentary Finance Committee to make adjustments to it.
