For his part, thanked Talabani Luis Ayala on the dial and assured to improve his health and success of the course of his treatment, saying: It is in the final stages of his treatment and will participate in the the conference if it had the circumstances. President Talabani, who is in Germany to recuperate after undergoing successful surgery, had confirmed the confidence to resolve the outstanding issues in Iraq.
