Tahir said: The political situation will remain on what it now even though there were real reforms because of the political blocs unable to change the situation.
He added: political blocs to rebuild state institutions respected citizen, adding that the building depends on the state House of Representatives through the real compatibility to pass laws.
The MP said the coalition in Iraq: that the political process needs to a basket of laws governing the work of the state and that there was no consensus to pass such laws, the situation will remain as it is now until the next election.
