Attorney Paul likely attain balance next year (132) billion dollars. And calls on the Government to expedite the submission to Parliament for discussion

Baghdad (News) ... Likely economic Committee member/Deputy/white block, achieving balance, Aziz Paul next year (132) billion dollars due to increased oil prices and increasing Iraqi oil production, calling on the Federal Government to expedite completion of drafting for submission to Parliament for discussion and a vote.
Said Paul (News Agency news) on Tuesday is supposed to accomplish the general budget by the Council of Ministers in September of each year to provide an opportunity for members of the House of representatives debated and voted upon at least in monthly (November or December) to exchange financial allocations and ministries at the beginning of the year.
He added: the Government is required to accelerate the completion of the formulation of the budget year (2013) and approved, to be this month or next delivery to the House of representatives to be approved during the current year.
And between: budget next year will increase from the current budget by (30-32) billion dollars to become the size (132) billion dollars that there is an increase in the rate of oil production and higher oil prices in global markets.
Confirmed: that some ministries and departments will adopt the same context prevailing in previous years not to exchange money and recycling to balance next year due to sharecropping and the absence of a government majority.
