Said Fadel Mohammed Jawad, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the government has only one way to challenge the laws enacted by the House of Representatives is to challenge those laws paragraphs before the Federal Court, as happened in some laws such as the federal budget law."
He explained that "the government does not display by law during the discussions conducted by the House of Representatives but it can after the passing of the bill that identified its appeal to the Federal Court."
The Iraqi government fears that includes the new amnesty law accused of murder in accordance with Article IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
