Chihod: Draft Law on the Council strategic policies contrary to the Convention on Arbil

The MP said the National Alliance Mohammed Chihod that "the draft law on the so-called Council of the current strategic policy as inconsistent with the Constitution and contrary to the Convention that the first items of Arbil abide by the constitution.

He noted that "this project to be passed through what is called the Council of strategic policies in its current form, which is contrary to the Constitution and contrary to the terms of Arbil.
The differences are between the Iraqi List and a coalition of state law on some of the terms of the Erbil, including the draft Law on the Council strategic policies senior, and most important of these differences mechanism of selection of the President of the Council, as the demands of the Iraqi List to be the mechanism of choice in the House of Representatives, which rejected the National Alliance and demanding to be within the body that are within the National Council for the strategic policy and capacity, where it has the person who chairs the Council and its powers, whether it would be described as general secretary or president.
