Muttalibi confirms the existence of a large convergence of views between the political blocs on the crisis

He added that "things between President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki took the practical side to dismantle the crisis and how to deal with immediate problems and to look at the problems that have a strategic dimension in this case."
