Bayrakdar: Shabibi case displayed before the Court of integrity Rusafa

Spokesman revealed the Supreme Judicial Council, that the issue of Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi pending before the Court of integrity Rusafa.
The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a press statement, received (morning) copy of it: he «frequency in the media of TV channels, newspapers and news agencies news attributed to an anonymous source refers to the intervention of Chief Justice, Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud in the case Shabibi».
He added that «the issue Shabibi is currently displayed in front of a judicial body belonging to the Court of integrity in the Rusafa consisting of three judges and a member of Public Prosecution, which decide on the validity of the charges against him or not».
Was legal adviser to the Prime Minister Fadel Mohammed Jawad has stated for (center Bri Network Iraqi media) Wednesday, that "the Council of Ministers did not say Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi, but decided to withdraw his hand and sidelined until the end of their investigation into allegations against him of the Integrity Commission about wasting public money and with 15 senior staff at the central bank."
The Cabinet had voted Tuesday, the prime BSA Abdul Basit Turki Central Bank management proxy instead of Shabibi.
