Baghdad/Obelisk: Deputy Prime Minister for economy rose Nuri Shaways, Sunday, on an initial agreement took place between the delegation of the Kurdistan blocs coalition with with the Ministers of planning and finance in the Federal Government on the territorial budget for 2013.

Shaways said that "the Kurdish delegation tentatively agreed to pay the foreign oil companies operating in the territory in the form of two recent", but "it's residual payments made by the Federal Government to the territorial Government by $ 1 billion and two million dollars out of the $ 1 billion and $ 600 million is full benefits foreign companies."
