To the Committee of the Regions: Amendment to the Federal Court on the provincial elections law will not affect the date of entering into

Committee emphasized the province and the provincial parliament, on Friday, the amendment does not affect Federal Tribunal for the Law of the provincial councils on a date made.
Committee member said Mahdi Haji said in an interview for "Twilight News" that "amend the Federal Court on the provincial elections law will not lead to a delay because they belong to the distribution of seats to be filled only and is not a stumbling block in front of the Electoral Commission."
Haji added that "the opposite is true as the amendment that paragraph makes it easier to hold provincial elections."
The Federal Court has decided, first Wednesday, canceling the fifth paragraph of Article (13) of the provincial election law for violating the constitution.
Paragraph repeal of the Act to "give the vacant seats at the presence of open lists winner that got the highest number of votes in proportion to what I got from the seats to complete all the seats allocated to the constituency."
This paragraph was the focus of controversy between the parliamentary blocs, large and small, where the first stick to keep it while the second was insisting on cancellation.
