Agencies- legal Committee invited Council of Najaf Monday, armed forces Commander General Nuri al-Maliki to pardon the prisoners, security services personnel administrative irregularities, emphasized the need for the amnesty of convicts because of absence and escape only being not crimes or attacks on the rights of others.
