Ahmed Abbasi: the evacuation of Americans reverberate negatively on the relations between the two countries

Baghdad (News) .. counting by state law and the MP / National Alliance / Ahmed Abbasi evacuation of U.S. forces that negatively affected the relations between Iraq and the U.S.. Has called on Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the leaders of political blocs to a meeting on a decision on the stay of American troops or not.
Abbasi said in a statement (of the Agency news) on Tuesday: "that the opinion of the Iraqi people is divided into two, I wish to clear U.S. forces, and the second with the remaining part of the training of Iraqi forces."
He added that "the evacuation of American forces will have a full return to the bad relations between the two countries, Mbinna that the Americans played an important role in the democratization of the current, so it has to be cooperation at least from the economic side."
The MP for the coalition of Kurdish blocs but Talabani has suggested the survival of part of the U.S. troops and a new agreement under the terms of the parliamentary system. Talabani said in an earlier statement (for newsletter): "There is no such thing as an extension of the security agreement because the name of the Convention (the withdrawal of troops) and ratified by the parliament."
She added that "the talk now is not to extend the Convention, but for the survival of part of the U.S. forces obsolete or new agreement after the decision of the Government and approved by Parliament."
He pointed out that "the presence of these forces will be to train Iraqi security forces and helping to eliminate terrorism, which still exists strongly in addition to solving the problems in the disputed areas and the protection of national airspace because we lack the air defense system."
