The source, who declined to be named, said he was holding a tripartite meeting included Secretary General of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Harith al-Dari and vice president sentenced to death in absentia Tareq al-Hashemi and a colonel in the Israeli intelligence service Levy David two days ago in Ankara, adding that the meeting was handsome to deal yield implementation of the agenda in Iraq in return for Israeli Tel Aviv vowed to convince Washington to put pressure on Baghdad to resolve the issue of al-Hashemi and drop all charges against al-Dhari.
The source quoted Dari saying that in politics everything is possible Hashemi will return soon to Baghdad as vice president in spite of Nuri al-Maliki because we have many papers in which we can bargain to achieve our goals.
The Central Criminal Court announced on September 9 last issue a death sentence in absentia against Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi, and his chief Ahmed Qahtan.
For its part, approved the Presidency of the Republic in 10 of last October to cut the salary and allowances Hashemi "in response to the request of the Integrity Committee in the House of Representatives, and out of respect for the judicial decision of guilty."
It is said that an arrest warrant had been issued the end of 2006 against Harith al-Dari and his son "Muthana" on charges of incitement to murder Iraqis.
